Our insurance partner, TAL is providing access to free and confidential counselling, coaching and wellbeing support for members and their families up until 31 October 2026. This service is available to anyone who may be struggling with financial stress, anxiety, uncertainty, or the pressures of everyday life.
Service details:
- Up to 6 sessions per person, including:
- up to 4 solution-focused counselling,
- 1 financial wellbeing coaching, and
- 1 nutrition coaching session
- Provided through Assure Programs, call 1800 808 374 (Australia) and identify as a TAL customer
- Available 24/7, for immediate access
- Now extended for a further three months, through to 31 October 2026.
