At Australian Food Super, keeping your account secure is our top priority.
From Thursday 31 July, we’re adding Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to all member logins. That means you’ll need two steps to log in:
- Your usual password
- A code sent to your phone.
This simple extra step adds a powerful layer of protection—making it harder for anyone else to access your account, even if they know your password.
What you need to do:
There’s nothing to do right now. But next time you go to log in, we’ll ask you to confirm your mobile number. Then we’ll send you an access code.
And you’ll need to call us if you change your mobile number in the future.
